The right keywords

Keywords can be useful in the positive sense of the word, but also in the negative and opposite sense. If you can what search terms are relevant to a product, try reverse-engineering the content of the website to adapt it, that is, find the wrong keywords and readjust them according to the criteria most searched by users. In fact, keywords are the most frequently used search terms associated with a particular topic on the website/blog.

Surely as a beginner you don't know how to find the right keywords, but you can perform analysis of all these important keywords, so you can understand how visitors think and know which ones might be attracted to your website/blog and which visitors don't have an attitude toward your website/blog. We give you some tips for finding right keywords for new products and how to use them properly.

Keyword ideas

Sit down and think about how many more keywords, or key phrases = multiple keywords together, can outline what you are talking about in your website/blog. Jot it all down, take cues from what you see around you, ask your friends, family members, look at competitor websites/blogs, and mark down all the terms that are ideal and appropriate for your website/blog.

If you can't do it in your head, there are websites that can help you :

Each of these sites also has a forum where you can ask for advice and exchange ideas and keywords!

Keyword analysis

Once you have compiled the list of keywords, you have to select and choose the most suitable ones. We recommend you follow a check on each of them, following these criteria :

Research volume

This parameter indicates how many users search for the keyword in a given period in search engines and how the search volume has developed. You can use Google AdWords through the Google AdWords Keyword Planning Tool.

Competition

Google search pages are indeed many, but from recent studies very few users get to the second page of results. Always try to enter a keyword with a slightly lower search volume. The product will certainly be niche, but there is less competition and therefore you will be viewable sooner and this will bring more traffic to your website.

Economic potential

Lastly check the economic potential of the keywords, since your website/blog was created to make money. Check that there are several sources of income from a keyword, thanks to the Google AdSense tool check how high the cost per click is and whether a keyword leads to an interest in buying or not.

Economic potential is very important to earn with affiliate marketing, such as with the Amazon Affiliate Program.

Content

Having done the above two steps, surely the many keywords will have become a handful, but they will be the right ones. These keywords must become the content of your website/blog, and you can diversify them in this way :

  1. An article with information: generates knowledge and does not give the impression that it is designed to generate revenue. Informative articles are favored by Google, readers, and competitors. They always remain on the sidelines, but they get a lot of hits and really garner a lot of trust.
  2. Reviews : are articles in which you write about a product and include affiliate links to get a commission.
